INTERPOL Cybercrime Directorate: Operation Synthetic Front

In recent years, the rapidly expanding capabilities of generative AI have enabled cybercriminals to mount more frequent, complex, and effective attacks. These attacks threaten financial institutions, election security, and civil order worldwide. As representatives of INTERPOL’s member states, delegates are tasked with bridging the gap between national sovereignty and global security to combat this rising threat. In order to address international cybercrimes, the committee will organize joint missions, put up emergency INTERPOL notices, and develop protocols to help safeguard the digital world.
